I know it’s a big step to search for help when you’re feeling low, overwhelmed and just don’t recognise yourself anymore, I know because it happened to me and I didn’t know where to turn.

I truly believe with the correct tools and support menopause shouldn’t upset your life. Too many women suffer unnecessarily because the information we are fed is complicated and confusing. I’m passionate about altering the perception that menopause can in fact be a positive life phase of change and growth rather than an affliction or a catastrophe! I’ve simplified the information and created easy to follow programmes, basically, I’m here to support you through this natural process.

Inspiration

Why…

After struggling I finally realised what was going on- that I wasn’t going mad or failing at life, but that I was in fact just positively menopausal. I realised that what was missing for women was the personalised and compassionate plan I wished I could have had- a programme that would guide women through this transitional period in their lives and to emerge the other side – not just as our old selves but an even better more sparkling and dynamic version of ourselves!

So that is how Positively Menopausal came to fruition, after my own experience of negotiating peri-menopausal symptoms.

Menopause and midlife can be a confusing and deeply emotional period with our hormones, our bodies and even our minds and moods changing and feeling like everything is spiralling out of our control.

The Positively Menopausal Programme

We will cover all aspects of menopause from changes in your moods, emotions, physical body and mindset. We will focus particularly on hormone health and how your hormones are affected during the menopausal transition and most importantly, how to balance them using a multi-faceted approach.

Exercise

Tailored to the changing needs of the menopausal body – a combination of hiit, yoga and resistance training. There’s a movement plan to suit all.

You’ll learn about the power of food and the importance of micro-nutrients and how to improve your gut health

Using tools such a meditation, breathwork, mindfulness, sleep strategies, self reflexology and yoga I will coach you to quiet your mind, control anxiety, improve sleep, and put you back in control.
